Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Thynqsys Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited, Pakistan owns and operates TyreX. For privacy questions contact [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone, role and branch, and your business name, address, trade license and TRN.
• Business records you enter: products, stock, suppliers, customers (names, phone numbers, vehicles and plate numbers), invoices, payments and job cards.
• Vehicle registration (Mulkiya) photos, only when you choose to use the Mulkiya scan feature.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, sign-in times and an audit log of important actions.
• Website enquiries: the details you submit in the demo request form.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer lists for advertising.

• To provide TyreX: running your POS, stock, invoices, reports and staff access.
• To keep accounts secure: sign-in protection, two-factor authentication for administrators, fraud and abuse prevention.
• To send service emails such as password resets, invoices you choose to email, and billing notices.
• To reply to demo requests and support questions.

4. Service providers we use

We share data only with providers needed to run TyreX, under contractual confidentiality:

• Cloud hosting provider — stores the application and database.
• Cloudflare — website delivery and security (sees technical request data such as IP addresses).
• Email delivery provider — sends service and invoice emails.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes subscription card payments as merchant of record.
• Google (Gemini) — reads Mulkiya photos, only when you use the Mulkiya scan.
• Google Fonts — delivers the fonts used on our website (receives your IP address).

5. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments, as permitted under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

6. Retention

Account and business records are kept while your subscription is active. Tax invoices and related records may need to be kept for at least 5 years under UAE tax law. After you close your account we delete or anonymise other data on request, subject to those legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting [email protected]. If you are a customer of a workshop that uses TyreX, contact that workshop first — it controls your data.

8. Security

Each workshop’s data is isolated from every other workshop. Staff see only what their role and branch allow. Connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and administrator accounts require two-factor authentication.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version above.
